In order to effectively improve the quality of education and teaching in private schools, build a subject teaching brand, update teachers' teaching concepts, change teachers' teaching methods, improve teachers' teaching skills, promote teachers' professional development, and build a platform for communication, learning and display for teachers' growth, on October 24, the county's private school teachers' classroom teaching competition sponsored by Qichun County Institute of Educational Sciences and Qichun County Private Education Promotion Association, and co-organized by Qichun Xingzhi School was held in our school.
The event involved two subjects, Grade 5 Mathematics and Grade 8 Chinese, and 13 teachers from 7 schools participated in the competition. The participating teachers reasonably arranged the teaching content according to the teaching progress, carefully studied the teaching materials, infiltrated the concept of students, showed their strengths, and dedicated a unique and wonderful classroom.
After the competition, the judges and participating teachers actively communicated and shared their experiences, and everyone collided with sparks of wisdom in the heated discussion and exchange.
After careful and meticulous evaluation by the judges, two first prizes, four second prizes, and six third prizes were finally selected.
This classroom teaching competition is a full demonstration of modern teaching methods in classroom teaching, and a vivid practice of exploring new classroom teaching models. It fully demonstrated the superb classroom teaching design ability and solid teaching basic skills of the participating teachers, effectively promoted the development of teachers' professional ability, and formed a good teaching and research atmosphere. During the event, everyone said that all private schools should continue to strengthen inter-school exchanges, learn from each other, promote research through competition, promote teaching through research, and make unremitting efforts to improve the teaching and scientific research level of private schools and promote the high-quality and balanced development of private schools.
